Study to show if management training justifies ROI
The Graduate School of Business of the University of Cape Town is conducting a study to quantify the return on investment from its flagship ‘Programme for Management Development'. The hope is that by quantifying ROI in financial terms, HR managers will be able to motivate candidates for leadership development programmes more successfully and in terms that financial managers can accept and understand. Course director and convenor of the ROI study, Bruce MacDonald, will be completing the research in the coming months.
