African Growth Story calls for entries
The 2019 Sanlam Financial Journalist of the Year Awards is calling on African financial journalists to submit their African Growth Story category entries ahead of the closing date on 28 February. The awards recognise the best financial reporting by reporters based in Africa and attracts keen interest from journalists across the continent.
The African Growth Story category was first introduced in 2013 to recognise the significance of business and investment in Africa and has since being won by various journalists across Africa, including Isaac Anyaogu of Business Day in Nigeria (2018) and Ancillar Mangena of CNBC Africa in South Africa (2016).
