While online entries for The Lions Karoo to Coast MTB Race are now closed, you can still join sponsor Tru-Cape Fruit Marketing in cheering the 4,000 participants on, on Sunday, 20 September.
The route, a 100km off-road race from Uniondale to Knysna via the Prince Alfred's Pass, is not for the faint-hearted.
