May PPI for final manufactured goods at 8.7%

The producer price index (PPI) for final manufactured goods - considered headline producer inflation - slowed to 8.7% year-on-year (y/y) in May after increasing by 8.8% y/y in April‚ Statistics South Africa said on Thursday, 26 June 2014.
