On 18 June 2021, Zolani Mahola, Sea Change Project ambassador and award-winning musician and actor led a team of eco-activists, personalities and conservation influencers for a beach clean-up at Muizenberg, Cape Town, joining Corona's international movement to fight marine plastic pollution in recognition of Ocean's Month.
So far, Corona has conducted over 1,400 clean-ups, engaging over 68,000 volunteers, and collecting plastic waste from more than 44 million square meters of beach worldwide.
