Bushmills SA Barrel Rolling Championship

De Waal Park Cape Town: The St. Patrick's Day barrel rolling event, which was hosted by Bushmills Irish Whiskey to launch the Make It 2 Bushmills competition, was a roaring success with several teams of local bloggers and members of the public taking part to see who would walk away with the title of SA Barrel Rolling Champions for 2011.

In an epic, photo-finish final race, local blogger Dan Nash (www.bangersandnash.com) and Joburg blogger Mike Sharman (www.sharmanandhobbo.co.za/blog) went head to head with Nick French and Andrew Price, members of a local rugby team called the Wolfpack. After a gruelling fight to the finish line, the Sharman/Nash team finished first and took home the coveted trophy.
