Africa Big 7 retail trade show
The annual Africa Big 7 retail trade show opened its doors at Gallagher Estate in Midrand yesterday, Sunday 15 July 2007. The three-day trade show is the annual manufacturer, food services and retail supplier showcase of the industry in Africa. Attracting a host of visitors from other countries, with delegations from Africa, as well as international exhibitors – the Egyptian and Indian pavilions being notable in their presence – as well as Halaal World - the show encompasses visitors and exhibitors from the following industries: retailing – supermarkets, wholesalers, forecourts and convenience stores; retail solutions; food technology; manufacturers and producers, baking and catering; new products, industry services and many more. Over 7000 visitors are expected to do business and network at the show.
