Take a girl child to work day 2009
Take a girl child to work day was on 28 May 2009 and Associated Magazines hosted twelve girls.
Associated Magazines recently hosted girls from various high schools as part of the ‘Cell C Take a Girl Child to Work Day'. The girls from Pretoria High, Hottentots Holland High and Hector Peterson High visited the publisher's Cape Town offices. Marie Claire editor, Kate Wilson and O magazine editor Samantha Page took them through the editorial process and showed them how to compile their own magazine. The girls were also tasked to write their own blog.
