Harley-Davidson's Dark Custom range is revealed in style
Harley-Davidson took Cape Town by storm on 19th February 2009 at The Winery at Mandela Rhodes Place, with the official South African launch of the latest addition to their Dark Custom range, the Iron 883.
The alternative event hosted an impressive guest list including the who's who of the motorcycle industry, VIP's and both local and international celebrities.
True to the rebel's heart, guests were presented with shooters on arrival and ushered into the upstairs area of The Winery. A graffiti artist defied society with an edgy display of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle to one side, while the tattoo artist branded the guests with skulls and the Harley-Davidson logo in the elevator.
Guests, A-listers, bikers and celebs such as Liezel van der Westhuizen, Colin Moss, Roxy Louw, Natalie Becker and Hollywood stars Billy Zane and Hakeem Kae-Kazim, mingled amongst the bike displays while being served jet black cocktails and delicious canapés.
