Is there anyway that i can still study Graphic design

Hi, i live in CT. i have made so many mistakes in my past. turning 25 soon, always wanted to study graphic design. Can anyone give me advice inorder for me to reach this goal. I am currently employed as a Timeshare Call centre manager. So you guys can guess the difficult clients which i need to sort out on a day to day basis. I am at a point where i cannot hide the truth any longer.
