Mention of other brands in advertising material (not comparative advertising)
Does anyone know whether or not its permissable to mention another brand name in your advertising material, but not by way of comparison (so not comparative advertising).
We're working on a brochure illustrating what you can do with the money you save by buying our product. One of the things is 'an M-net subscription and decoder' - can we use this without getting their permission? Its not casting aspersions on them and the context isn't negative?
