Jonway motorbikes and scooters. Worst ever TV ad?
The infomercial for Jonway (SAM) motorcycles and scooters has got to be the most disgusting commercial for anything, ever, anywhere! Does anyone know who was bribed at SABC to allow it on air, as they should be sentenced to death?
The infomercial is basically soft porn, featuring models in swim wear sliding around on soap covered motorcycles and quad bikes, with this cheap slut voice-over describing the bikes, dripping with bad sexual innuendo. They were flighted during the day, during the holidays, obviously the cheapest ad slots around at the time. Hopefully not too many people saw them, and those that did were so disgusted that they'll never deign to spit on a Jonway, let alone buy one.
I cannot imagine who would claim responsibility for an ad like this, as I'm afraid they'll never work again.
