TV Licenses
It will be good if they are Scraped
I really think the TV Licenses should be scraped. I mean the SABC is a State Institution and should be Allocated a Budget by the government(they can accumulate that through some Tax or Some-else). Not long we will be going Digital and at the same time we are stuck with SABC licences. We should'nt be forced to pay the Licences. Afterall, people with DSTVs don't even watch SABC, but are forced to Pay the Stupid Licences.
