Why is the Minister of Tourism Mr. van Schalkwyk not approachable?
In conjunction with World Cup 2010, we have tried on 7 different occasions to contact the Minister of Tourism.
Representing various major Tourism organisations in Europe, we would like to offer our services to Minister van Schalkwyk and his department. However, the inability to make contact with him makes these efforts impossible.
Can anyone suggest ways to successfully contact him?
