My mother is a teacher with 28yrs exp. and she should complain about her salary. You on the other hand dont want to start anywhere. We cant all earn R10 000. Its either you working for the wrong company or you over rating yourself. be careful all jobs dont pay enough but the passion of what you are doing does. Unfortunately we are so obsessed with how much others earn and forget what got them there... prove yourself, work harder and stop asking "Whats in it for me?" thats where you loose. Just do it, it will be worth a lot in a long run.
