Honours student requests help with career related measurement scales
I am an honours student. I am looking for help from the marketing world with regard to career related measurement scales.
I am currenlty conducting a survey on student perceptions of careers in South Africa. I have done what I feel to be extensive literature research in order to identify career related measurement scales but have been unsuccessful. Most research on careers has been done in a qualitative format, however, I have been restricted to doing a quantitaive survey. I am attempting to identify four measures: career goals; career development strategies; career expectations more specifically students level of optimism and pessimism and lastly career decision influences. Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
