Dettol Ad
It's the one where at the close of the ad we see two women (blonde & brunette) sitting on the edge of a bath with a little girl, the women look to be of a similar age, the brunette says "if I don't take care of them who will?" while giving the blonde a stroke. A number of us have debated the possibility that they may either be friends, siblings or mother and daughter, but then why would you care if your friend, mom or sister used Dettol soap or not? We've concluded that they're a modern day gay couple, but then nagging at the back of the mind is the knowledge that this is S.A afterall and we are a tad conservative for that, we just have to see the issue around the BBC Food billboard to know that. So can anyone shed some light on this 'cos it's bugs us every time we see the commercial.
