Is it just me, or is anyone else getting sick and tired of affirmative action?
It didn't work in the USA, what makes people think it will work in SA?
Get over it people. What happened years and years ago is over. Most of the young professionals of today were too young to even remember what went on so why make life difficult for us?
All I'm saying is get rid of all those damn "AA Only" recruitment ads and employ on merit.
