Falling pregnant during contract employment
Could someone please advice me as to what are my rights as an employee, employed on a contract basis say 3 - 5 years, should i fall pregnant during this period.
Does one qualify for maternity benefits as someone employed on a permanent basis?
What happens to the contract agreement?
Is it a wise idea to ask these questions during an interview?
