Radio courses

Hi all. I hope this is the right place to post this and wont enrage anyone.
Basically, Im looking for information on courses that may be offered for people looking to get into the radio industry in SA. One that offers a practical intense course that would help you get a job in production perhaps.
The only thing I have been able to find is a postgrad offered by WITS - But this is a year long course where you only specialise in your chosen area for a few months at the end of the course. I have a BA with Journalism and so am not looking to go through all that media theory again.
Is there anything like this available, or should I just go around begging for internships or work experience with a station?

Any ideas thoughts and help would be very much appreciated!
