MTN advert celebrating 10 years of democracy
Is it true that the actor in this ad is from the UK and not South African?
The ad has a black guy shouting over the screen at the railway station for his wife or girlfriend to get some potatoes. I have been told that he was flown in from the UK and chauffeured around and he probably cost them a small fortune with expnses and all!
If this is the case then this is absolutely digusting as we are celebrating SA democracy and why could MTN not get one of probably 6 million probable black candidates in SA to do this ad, and what's more they could have created an income for a South African?? Yes?? I am sure this isn't the only ad like this!Anyone know of any others?
