PR hourly rates
What is considered acceptable when it comes to hourly rates from a PR perspective?
I'm re-pitching on a retainer client I've not had to pitch on for five years but am not sure what the acceptable hourly rates are for PR practitioners in Johannesburg. Any help/guidance would be appreciated (save for any links to PRISA - they do not, in any way, shape or form, include suggested rates on this site).
