Un-Ethical Durban Based Recruitment Agencies
Durban agencies, don't have the decent sense to call back applicants to advise them on the status of their applications.
These guys are not on the ball as the JHB and CT ones are, I have personally experienced this, and have had the same negative feedback from fellow colleagues. Why don't they have the courtesy of sending feedback to applicants??
Most aspirant job applicants in Durban feel that many of the vacancy ads placed on the 2 major job hunting websites are not real, i.e they have been placed there just because they have to. The belief is that many of these vacancies have already been fulfilled. Why you may Ask?? Well we have spoken to many applicants only and of then less than 5% have been called for an interview and or been called at all for additional information.
Please would someone shed some light on this?
I know its difficult to find employment in the current economic climate, but surely it cant be this bad...
