SA Radio needs to catch a wake-up!
The TSL is dropping and they won't know what hit them.
Looking at the RAMS every 2nd month I can't help but noticing the decline in TSL(time spent listening) on most of the radio stations. Does this mean the radio industry needs a dramatic change to save itself or its just going through a phase that will soon pass? I for one think that they (radio stations) didn't see this coming and didn't prepare themselves through counter strategies against new media and other forms of entertainment which they are competing against. I think at the moment its only talk radio that is doing well, the rest are in trouble.
