Advice for township community website
I am considering starting a website fo rmy community but am not sure if it is a good idea and the logistics of it all
May I please have some advice on whether starting a township community website is a good idea and how best to make it work. Are there any organisations that provide training on how to do this? Does it work well considering that the majority of the population might not have computers and internet access?
