Graphic Design career advise in tough times
Where to from here with my passion for design
I am a graphic designer with 3 years experience; I am looking for a job in Western Cape (Cape Town)
Having signed up with some placement agencies and looking online daily,
I am not having any luck. I am currently freelancing, but would prefer the stability of a permanent job. I have freehand, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign. I am doing a part time course in Maya to add to my skills.
I am wondering should I consider a new career entirely, or am I on the right track and retrenchments in the industry just mean tough times for all no matter where you are?
