Multichoice EPG

EPG is the i-plate that gives you a short discription of what programme is playing now or next. In advanced systems you can view the 24 hrs upto 8 days in advance. Over the past two years the quality of info has been shocking. You find local programmes with generic synopsis, watch the static epg on SABC 1 tonight, it has been there for three years, while all webistes have info on episodes daily. So is SABC 2 and 3 ever generic, have you ever found out what Special Assignment will show on EPG in the past year? The soaps on E-TV are specific, why not the SABCs that have more viewers? Are we not sophisticated enough, to deserve a better episodic offering? This debate used to rage on the Citizen a few years and nothing has improved. It seems all local productions are neglected, and they put specifics on Jerry Springer? What is Springer's ARs? Wake up Multichoice respect us and the local producers, advertise, the quality work they do with specific episodes please. We deserve better.
