Drug Testing in Companies
I'm just curious to know if anyone has been forced to sign a alcohol and drug test consent form ..
My initial reaction was 'they must be f'n joking .. 'am i being fired' ... i was ready to fight them tooth and nail as i felt my rights were being violated.
Don't get me wrong, i'm not taking drugs but i was very shocked and suprised that companies have a right to request such from employees. I've work for several companies in my life and have never heard of such even from friends or family.
Is this even legal?
