What do creatives think of qual research?Please note that i'm not necessarily referring to focus groups only, but to research holistically.I know creatives are generally anti-research,but is it because of the way its done?
What can researches do/which methods can be used to ensure that we answer the clients' questions, without offending our fabulous creative people?
