Where have all the good reps gone?
I have been looking for a rep for a few weeks now and I'm starting to wonder where all the good workers have gone?
I keep getting in really great cvs and when I call potential candidates for interviews, they say they will call me back to arrange but never do. This has happened twice now. Otherwise it's rediculous salaries that they are after... If you don't call your potential new employer back then how are you treating your clients?
