Where on earth does one find competent account management people?

Suits have got such a bad name in this industry. They are perceived as lazy, paper pushers who do not think, do not understand the creative process, do not understand their clients' business and do not add any value to creating great communication solutions for their clients' business needs. The reason for this perception is probably because that's exactly what they are. In order to change this perception, we need people to whom the above description does not apply.
