What do you suggest for the year 2008 torwards the any Media/ Marketing related companies in South Africa to improve their way of doing business/promotion and publicity!!!
Which particular company do wish they must change in terms of business aspects ranging from customer service, advertising, you name them and its image at large. As compared to last year!!! Especially the ones where you've encountered pathetic service delivery!!!!!!
