Jackass - the movie
Cinema Advertising (for the right brand) but without "responsibility"...
Don't know if any of you have seen the new movie Jackass (comes out in SA on Fri). Basically a movie about the MTV show... a bunch of mad guys doing HORRIFIC stunts - pushing the envelope as far as it will go! What I wanted to discuss was...there is a great opportunity here for the right brand for cinema advertising...BUT is there any responsibility that goes with that? Because, despite the warnings, you KNOW some little "dumbass" IS going to "try these stunts at home"! And then...do u really want your brand associated with that? Or would it even be connected?
