Part-time photo studies in CPT ...Who is worthwhile

Hi,
I have been freelancing for 2 years on and off but want to formalize with some paperwork (or be damned it seems).
I have checked in the CPT area and it seems it comes down to three:

Vega , City Varsity , Ruth Prowse.

I want to do my studies at the college with the highest success rate.
The one that actually has links to the industry to enable mentorship or employment options.
The one who's certificate will be worth something with prospective employers.

I only seem to find nightmarish reviews for CV on the net....
Any suggestions.
