Third exclusive Häagen-Dazs opens in SA

Zaid Surtee, the franchise owner in South Africa says that the shop opening is not only a momentous occasion for him but he is also privileged and honoured to be part of the Hyde Park family. He feels that Hyde Park shoppers now have the convenience of a sophisticated and elegant ice cream Shop to indulge their taste buds.

The shop offers a selection of 16 different ice cream flavours such as Cookies & Cream, Strawberry Cheesecake and Belgian Chocolate with a variety of toppings, and also features patisseries, hot and cold ice-cream drinks as well as variety of coffees.

Until end May 2009, the New Limited Edition Chocolate Hazelnut Brittle (an ice-cream combination of dark chocolate, hazelnut swirl and pieces of hazelnut brittle) will be exclusively available at Hyde Park, V&A Cape Town and Sandton City branches.

Häagen-Dazs Hyde Park is open seven days a week as well as on public holidays.
