BlackBerry Messenger users stand a chance to win prizes
This initiative, the first of its kind for the popular messaging application, is designed to simultaneously express appreciation to South Africa's millions of loyal BBM users, while opening the door to thousands more.
The contest gives BBM users the ability to connect with new friends and enables them to experience first-hand the brand's proven track record in privacy and security. BBM, which went cross platform last year, is now available on BlackBerry, iPhone, Android and Windows phones.
The contest, now open, will run across South Africa until 30 April 2015, where participants will have the chance to win airtime credit applied to their mobile prepaid account.
