To target the millions of rail commuters flowing through the selected stations daily, ComutaNet created multi-layered branding and advertising opportunities for Cell C using outdoor station beading, billboards, staircases, directional and on-track safety signage.
"We are motivated and excited by the challenge of taking brand ownership of the train stations for Cell C," says ComutaNet Special Projects Director, Terence Marsh, "Not only did this project have a huge visual impact on these stations, but also created much needed funds for the upgrading of all public address and communication systems on the train platforms", continues Marsh, "A percentage of media costs are channelled back to these environments."
