Summit TV re-branded as Business Day TV‚ with Bloomberg TV on board
Combining the strength and local market insight of Business Day and Summit TV with the global resources of Bloomberg Television‚ Business Day TV replaces Summit TV on DStv's channel 412 from Wednesday.
The newly conceived channel will feature international business and financial news channel Bloomberg Television programming‚ including live market coverage and analysis from Europe and the US for 10 hours a day in addition to the acclaimed coverage of local markets and news currently supplied by Business Day and Summit TV.

Bloomberg Television will continue to be available to DStv premium customers on channel 411 until July 1‚ after which it will be available on Business Day TV on channel 412 to DStv premium‚ compact and family customers.
Streamed live to more than 315‚000 subscribers to the Bloomberg Professional service‚ Bloomberg Television will still broadcast 24-hours a day across central banks‚ investment institutions‚ commercial banks‚ government offices and agencies‚ law firms‚ corporations and news organisations.
The Bloomberg.com team will also continue to use the power of Bloomberg's market-moving stories and data to provide business executives with a live stream of non-stop headlines‚ breaking and on-demand videos and easy-to-scan market information. While Bloomberg's 24-hour live Bloomberg TV+ (plus) app for Apple iPad will continue to broadcast to those who wish to view the channel on their tablets.
