Northern Cape tourists disappointed by service

According The New Age reports, the Northern Cape is rated as one of South Africa's worst tourist destinations, with tourists who visited the region citing poor customer service and poor value for money as reasons for their dissatisfaction.

The New Age quotes Diana Martin, general manager for marketing and promotions at the Northern Cape Tourism Authority (NCTA) as saying the survey had given her department the "opportunity to develop a strategy" to improve tourism in the province.
