Nonala Tose, co-presenter and producer of the midday show Sij’ikilanga, will now produce the station’s mid-morning show, Khanya Gqiyazana. Lulu Haarmans, who has a wealth of radio experience, having started her broadcast vocation at uBuntu Radio, then moved to Radio Grahamstown and later joined Umhlobo Wenene FM, will host this show. On Sundays, Tose will host Umhlobo Wenene FM’s gospel show, Seza Umphefumlo, a gospel music driven show with over a million listeners.

Reggie Solani, a radio practitioner, events MC and public speaker, with well over 15 years radio experience, will now produce Sij’ikilanga. He started at Radio Graaff Reinet as a current affairs producer and presenter. In 2002, while studying at NMMU, he joined Bayfm. In 2005, he left Bayfm for Trufm where he spent 10 years of his career doing the afternoon drive, breakfast show and Trufm Top 30.

Nomonde Vakalisa, a co-host of Imvuselelo, will now produce the Thursday midday show, hosted by Mama kamaAsie, a well-known sub-brand of Umhlobo Wenene FM. This is a religious show with a listenership of 1.4 million listeners. Vakalisa also hosts a religious driven music show every Tuesday night named Iqonga Levangeli.
