Free Covid-19 training for workplace safety

As companies return to work, the threat of Covid-19 has not lessened and OH&S precautions are still essential to avoid resurgence of infections.

IAcademy, the online division of Infinity Academy and Unischool, is offering a free online course that enables management and staff to update safety plans to address the specific exposure risks, routes of transmission and other unique characteristics of Covid-19.

“We have made this course free because we believe that corporate South Africa needs the information and no price can be placed on the health of the workforce during these troubled economic times,” says Lee Roelofse, CEO of Infinity Academy.

“This online training module specifies requirements to implement, maintain, and improve an organisation’s ability to protect against, prepare for, respond to and recover from Covid-19 related disruptions, when they arise. There are 12 lessons covering 12 topics, ending with a quiz and a multiple choice answer assessment, demonstrating compliance.

“The free course offer is valid for the next three months and could prove essential as a training tool during the holiday season,” concludes Roelofse.
