The three areas the survey focused on were career progress of alumni, the diversity of the school and idea generation.
In addition to being the number one business school in Africa for its executive MBA programme, GIBS alumni also rank in the top 35 schools for graduate salaries in dollar terms. The latter ranking measures the average business school alumni salary three years after graduation. The business school is also rated in the top 50 for its percentage of women students and faculty, as well as in the top 50% for its international course experience, which measures the percentage of classroom teaching hours that are carried out outside the country in which the business school is situated.
