60m-high Mandela sculpture on Table Mountain? [Video]
Commemorating Nelson Mandela's 95th birthday, Dutch firm Whim Architecture is proposing to design a sculptured memorial of Mandela's head and set it on the side of the Table Mountain range in Cape Town.

The company is using crowd-sourcing platform, Indiegogo.com to fund the project.
According to Mandelaonthemountain.com, the building will have a terrace providing panoramic views of Cape Town and the coast, an educational area, a congress centre, as well as restaurant and theatre. It's planned dimensions are 30m-wide and 60m-high.
