UB40's founding three in four-city SA tour
UB40's three founding members will return to South Africa in November 2016 with their Red Red Wine Tour. They will play in Cape Town on 5 November at the Grand Arena, GrandWest; Port Elizabeth on 8 November at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium Outer Fields; Durban on 10 November at the Durban Botanic Gardens; and Joburg on 12 November at the Ticketpro Dome.
Britain’s biggest reggae band of all time will be performing classic hits and gems from their many albums, including: Red, Red Wine, Kingston Town, and Can’t Help Falling In Love.
Since reforming in 2013, the trio of Ali Campbell, Astro and Mickey Virtue have remained at the top of their game, with highlights including their ongoing World tour, a sell-out UK arena tour headlining London’s o2 arena, a huge sell-out US tour and acclaim for their new material in 2014’s ‘Silhouette’ album.
