A veteran performer who began singing back-up vocals for her older sister, Toni, at the age of 12, Tamar Braxton was also a founding member of R&B group The Braxtons with Toni and their siblings Traci, Towanda and Trina. Fanning the flames of her musical vision was a backstage encounter with Whitney Houston when she was singing background vocals for her sister Toni. "Whitney said to me: 'Your voice is amazing! You're going to be a star,'" recalled Braxton. Last month she released her latest solo single, Catfish, along with the album 'Calling all Lovers'. A further single, Angels & Demons, has just been released and this month The Braxtons, including Toni, Tamar, Traci, Trina and Townada, are releasing new material entitled Braxton Family Christmas.

Nigerian singer, actor and dancer Flavour N'abania, or simply Flavour, began his career as a drummer for a local church before going on to become one of Africa's most sought-after artists. After playing the drums professionally, Flavour moved on to play the keyboard and guitar. This talented musician has received a host of Nigerian and African entertainment nominations and awards, including winning two African Muzik Magazine Awards, an MTV Africa Music Award (MAMA) in 2014 and - as part of The Headies - a Hip Hop World Award.

Nasibu Abdul Jumma, better known as Diamond Platnumz (or simply Diamond), has been putting Tanzanian hip hop well and truly on the global music map for the last five years thanks to his energetic live performances and hit tracks such as Number One, Kipofu, and Bum Bum. The multi-award winning artist won the 2015 MTV MAMA Award for Best Live Act, and has been the recipient of 16 Tanzanian Music Awards. Diamond was nominated as Best International Act: Africa at the 2014 BET Awards and, most recently, won Best African Act at the 2015 MTV EMAs.
