Wonderbra's looking for a real Knock Out?
It's been a few weeks since Wonderbra launched their nationwide search for a new Wonderbra Girl, and the entries are streaming in, but Wonderbra is still looking for their 'One and Only' knock out!
Competition still wide open
When considering the entries to date, Samantha Paterson, senior brand manager for Wonderbra says, "We've had a record number of entries to date, but it's still wide open as to who will be our next Wonderbra Girl."
"We've got some really gorgeous entries and are thrilled by the response so far! There are still four weeks left for girls to submit their portfolios and we know there are a lot of beauties out there that are yet to be discovered," she commented.
The key entry criteria for the Wonderbra Girl Search are simple:
You must be wearing a Wonderbra in your portfolio pictures;
Your breasts must be real;
You should be 18 or older;
Unmarried.
For those gals erring on the humble side, Wonderbra have also called for the South African public to get involved in the campaign [this on a number of levels]. At this stage though, Sam says, "If you see a girl who you think has got what it takes, encourage her to enter! Sometimes all one needs is a little encouragement to take the first step." The public is also being encouraged to go online and let Wonderbra know who they rate.
"Once visitors to the site have registered, they can influence the judges by letting them know who they think 'Owns It'. This will give the girl a greater chance of making it through to the next steps of our search. The public participation system is one of influence rather than determining the final outcome. We're holding live castings in all major cities, this in the second week of December, so time is of the essence. Get your entry in if you're a knock out! Register and influence the judges' decision if you think she owns it!"
Guys, get in on the act
Wonderbra have also launched an exciting 'Scouting' campaign for all the guys (and girls with a keen eye) out there. By registering on the Wonderbra website, guys can apply for a 'scout pack' which they in turn can use to nominate ladies that they think have that special chemistry. "Our scouts are doing fantastically well in helping us to identify SA's best looking girls. It's a fun way of getting our male fans involved in the initiative and we're relying on their impeccable sense of taste to help us spot our next star!"
In the past modelling contract was only available to professional models, so this is a bold move for the brand. While the stakes are high - Wonderbra are confident that their spectacular girl is out there - just waiting to be discovered!
