Southern Sun scores from cricket teams
As the official hotel group to the Indian Premier League Southern Sun has been given a boost at a time when the economy remains under severe strain.
Graham Wood, MD of the Southern Sun, said on Wednesday that 18 000 rooms had been taken by their teams and their fans at the group's hotels around the country.
"We are currently experiencing intense interest in the event from all of our key inbounds operators and anticipate welcoming between 3000 and 4000 Indian supporters who will be hoping to be accommodated close to their teams" said Wood
