Chef Khan hails from India and first learned his craft from his mother and uncle, who owned an Indian restaurant. That first-hand experience with Indian cuisine inspired the duo to develop traditional dishes with the look and feel of fine dining.
"We're looking to keep our guests happy by keeping the classics and old favourites, while incorporating a few new ideas," said Lee. One of their new dishes, the Seafood Bucket, features the freshest locally caught seafood roasted in the Tandoor oven. Other new additions include a Murgh apple salad, Tandoor roasted fish and a selection of rice dishes. Guests can enjoy the new menu every evening from 6.30pm.
