Bubbly spring offer at Crystal Towers Hotel & Spa

The Crystal Towers Hotel & Spa's Towers Restaurant is offering a spring special, from today, 1 September, 2010, in which by taking three friends to dine, you are rewarded with a bottle of free French champagne.

From today, 1 September, 2010, if a table of four or more diners indulges in the five-course set menu, they will receive a complimentary bottle of either Veuve Clicquot Rosé, Veuve Clicquot or Moët et Chandon Brut Impérial.

French champagne is the perfect accompaniment to the symphony of flavour chef Abrahams has composed for his set menu:

  • Start with burnt butternut and cinnamon soup, topped with crème fraiche;
  • Followed by delicate carpaccio of smoked ostrich, raspberry drizzled peppered baby salad leaves with parmesan shavings and wasabi aoli;
  • For the main course, a choice between a darne of Norwegian salmon, crayfish medallions, shitake mushroom and spinach risotto wth saffron caviar cream, or rosemary-infused medallions of beef fillet, sweet potato and butternut dauphinoise and a delicate lime jus;
  • Dessert is champagne summer berry jelly, passion fruit sorbet and mint sugar;
  • Followed by coffee and friandises.
