Braza opens at Emperors Palace

The opening coincides with the redesign of the menu, which will be officially launched at all Braza restaurants early in December.

The concept on which Braza is based is the adventurous nature of the customs, cultures, tastes and flavours that were discovered by Portuguese explorers. Braza's personification of Portuguese exploration is Manuel, and his bold journeys are made in search of new flavours.

Every Braza restaurant features a giant Moçambique flame grill in the centre.

Behind Braza are restaurateurs George and Fats Lazarides with George Nichas and Pedro De Sambento, who developed the Ocean Basket franchise chain.
